Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: Standard shipping is available, and some products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 7–14 days for delivery on these items.

Shipping Charges: All shipping fees are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any additional shipping costs if you choose to return an item.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility: We accept unopened items for return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used items cannot be returned. Some drop-shipped items may also be non-returnable.

Restocking Fee: Opened packages may be returned but are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
