At Deluxehub.com, we stand behind our products and services 100%! ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE SHOWN AT CHECKOUT PRIOR TO PURCHASE. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from us, you may return unopened packages for a full, no-questions-asked refund in the original form of payment. There is a 15% restocking fee if open package, and you will not be charged for our cost in shipping the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Deluxehub.com. Once we receive the returned products, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 14 days. Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any opened packages or used items. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. *Some  products on our website are drop shipped to your house from the manufacturer or supplier.  “Please allow 7-14 days for shipment”.
